we're getting into a highly subjective area and this conversation isnt really sustainable. Largely because I abandoned the comic a long time ago and have a memory like a sieve =p.

But regarding some of the points I can discuss. I really found the characters tiresome. I mean sure they were likeable to some extent, but I wasnt that impressed. I certainly dont claim that all manga are totally original but hey we are discussing shades of grey. I really find MT well inside the region I consider unreadable.
To answer your other question, I went to the site though and looked through it and I seem to have abandoned it around strip 396-400.

As far as the main topic of the thread goes, I'm currently reading I've taken up and abandoned webcomics over the years. Some of the comics I spent some time reading were vgcats, user friendly, pvp, little gamers, ctrl-alt-del (I still randomly read strips of this), dilbert (yeah its not a webcomic, webcomic) and uhh ... did I mention that my memory sucked.

But stuff Im current with right now is questionablecontent, 8 bit theatre and penny arcade.

I guess it's just a matter of personal taste. U found them tiresome. I found them original and interesting.

What L. Iwakura up there said. Wait. That was me.

I'm surprised noone's even MENTIONED QC here (www.questionablecontent.net) given that it has a pretty big fanfollowing (i know BB, tac, and now daig read it)

Anyway its awesome except that I don't like the indie music they're always referencing, and the recent drama is a little annoying. But on the other hand the recent introduction of charecters Marigold and Momo-chan- almost as awesome as the introduction of Hannelore way back then.

Milk Teef:
http://mymilktoof.blogspot.com/

OMG they are SOOOO cute. Little milk teef <3

And 'Alice and Kev'. This person made this story on Sims 3. I really love Alice and I hate Kev XDDD
http://aliceandkev.wordpress.com/

BEST OF ALL:
http://www.menagea3.net/

Its about this guy who starts looking for new roommates after his old ones turned out to be gay and decided to move out and move in together. So he ends up with a rock chick who is pansexual and a french girl who has HUGE boobs. As my friend says: "Don't read it expecting anything remotely deep. It's full of nothing but slapstick, cheap gags, shameless fanservice, nudity, gays, lesbians, bisexuals, the occasional heterosexual... It's just perfect when you want someone light-hearted and fluffy to cheer you up... in the form of strange people doing strange things in the name of lust. Very Happy"

I borrowed her word for word cause I think it just fits as a description xD

My favourite so far:

Oh man Zii's crazy xD
